One way you can do this is by keeping a travel-size toothbrush with you. If you\u2019re not able to do this, another simple way you can keep your teeth clean and fight cavities is with <strong>xylitol<\/strong> gum.<\/p>\n<p><strong><!--more-->Xylitol<\/strong> is a natural sweetener that defends teeth by promoting a healthy pH level in the mouth instead of turning into acid, as other sweeteners do. What\u2019s more, xylitol can make it more difficult for bacteria to cling to teeth, ensuring that they\u2019re better protected from decay.<\/p>\n<p>Another things to keep in mind is that you should indulge without indulging too much. Remember to also enjoy foods that are nutritious and can help you protect your smile.
